Welcome to TANDEM Hamburg, your international language school in the centre of Hamburg – right between the harbour and the city centre.

You learn German and other languages with a lot of fun and successfully in our bright, perfectly fitted and suitable classrooms. Being a guest in one of the most pulsating metropolitan cities in Europe, you are going to meet people from (almost) all countries of the world.

Our offer entails group classes, single training and corporate in-house courses. Small groups and contemporary, lively teaching methods are as important to us an inviting atmosphere and a face-to-face contact with our students.

We would like you to learn the German language efficiently and with enthusiasm. Therefore TANDEM Hamburg offers regular exciting trips and leisure activities after class. And of course, we offer you a free TANDEM language exchange partnership to connect you with German people.

We have been approved by the quality control system «Weiterbildung Hamburg», and carry the seal of quality in further education. Our exceptional standards are monitored and assessed regularly. Furthermore, we are certified by CSN (Centrala studiestödsnämden) in Sweden for students who are planning on studying German as a foreign language abroad.

As we are also an recognized examination centre for both TestDaF und TELC, you can prepare and actually receive a diploma helping you to boost your career!
