English Course Program in London
At Language in London - TANDEM London, we have the right English language course for you!
Why do you want to come to London to study English? Is it for pleasure, to help you find a job in the future or to reach the right English level to go to university?
We are very happy to advise you about the right course and how long you should study for. On all our English Courses you will have a qualified and experienced English teacher who will help you improve your language skills.
General English Courses
This is an English course where you can practice the four skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing) and develop and improve your vocabulary and grammar. The Standard English course is 3 hours per day but you can also add extra Conversation and Pronunciation or one-to-one lessons.
Cultural Experience
This is the perfect English course if you only have one or two weeks to spend in London. All the lessons take place in museums and galleries with a special syllabus designed to help you with speaking and vocabulary. The course was the winner of the British Council’s prize for innovation in English teaching in 2006.
Cambridge Exam Preparation
These English Courses (First Certificate, Advanced, Proficiency) are ideal if you want to take an exam to show that you have progressed from one level to the next.
12 week courses start in January, March and September and there is a 4-week Intensive English course in August.
IELTS Preparation
If you are going to University in the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, you will need to take this course as proof of your level of English
English for Work
This English course is designed for young people (18 – 30) who want to prepare themselves for work in an English speaking company.
